Ajax Error when Better Messages plugin is activated

  • Hello. This occurred randomly about 3 days ago. Better Messages on my site causes ajax errors and it fails to load messages or publish posts but when uninstalled, everything becomes normal but we all know that the messaging panel without BM is not so good.

    How do I fix this? Do I have to wait for the next update?

    On the Chat panel, it writes internal server error and I can’t pinpoint the cause.

    You need to find full and exact PHP error in your PHP Error logs at server side and provide it here, so I can understand what the issue is.
