AJAX ERROR! STATUS:504

    Hello there,

    I am trying to move a website from one hosting to another. Although the new hosting is using MySQL and the old one is using MariaDB.

    After I pusht the validatation button then I wait for 10 minutes and I am getting this error

    Extraction failed: AJAX ERROR! STATUS:200 OK,

    What can I do to fix this?

    Can you send me an email where I can ask why is this happening?

    I cant contact then through the support because I do not own a duplicator.
