    EDIT: 10 minutes later it’s working again…?

Suddenly my login page gives an Ajax Error.

‘Something went wrong while submitting form through AJAX request. Please contact site administrator’

The problem is that I am the Site administrator, and I can’t login to see what is happening.

Nothing changed (at least not that I know of) maybe some auto-updates…

Is there a way to login without using the User-Registration Login page, now that I am locked out?

    Hi @ottovdv,

I understand the frustration with the AJAX error on your login page. Since you’re locked out, here’s what you can do:

    1. Access via Default Login Page: Try accessing your site using yoursite.com/wp-login.php to bypass the User Registration login form.
    2. Disable Plugin via FTP/File Manager:
    • Access your website files using FTP or cPanel File Manager.
    • Navigate to wp-content/plugins/.
    • Find the user-registration folder and rename it to user-registration-disabled.
    • This will deactivate the plugin, allowing you to log in via yoursite.com/wp-login.php.
    1. AJAX Issue: When you enable AJAX form submission, there are several reasons why an AJAX submission might not save a form in WordPress. Please check this documentation: https://docs.wpuserregistration.com/docs/how-to-handle-ajax-submission-error and follow the instructions kindly. Please do not forget to check the conflict test on your site; we have found most of the cases from cache and security plugins.

Let me know if you need further assistance!

    Best regards,
    Uzwal ??
