    Hello!
I am unable to use the plugin because at the store checkout the items are in a loop because it generates a “many too redirects” error in the ajax component.

I’ve already tried with all possible cloudflare ssl settings, but even if I disable the proxy and keep the plugin active, the error persists.

Is there anything I can configure to adjust this?

    Thank you!

    Okay, problem solved.

I reset all plugin settings and everything worked. If anyone has a similar problem, try this and it should resolve it. Copy your settings, click reset all and rebuild from scratch.
    Thanks!

    Hello,

Well, after resetting the plugin, everything worked, but a short time later the error returned. I had to deactivate the plugin for it to work properly. Something is incompatible that is creating the console error to many redirects for ?wc-ajax=update_order_review in my ecom and just deactivate the plugin and everything will work again. I will continue investigating.

    thanks

    Hi,
Redirection error doesn’t happen via the plugin. But might be caused by some Cloudflare settings. Can you check if Always rewrite to HTTPS is enabled in Cloudflare? Maybe try disabling it? Without able to look at it hard to say what’s causing this.

    Hi @isaumya

Thanks for the answer. Yes, I have already tested with this option activated and deactivated. It was disabled when the error started and I activated it to test but it didn’t work. It’s still not clear to me why,
but I had been using the plugin normally for over 1 year and I started receiving complaints from buyers who were unable to complete their purchase because the page was in a loop. So I was forced to deactivate the plugin. I left the DNS still active in cloudflare, everything was normal, but just activate the plugin and the problem occurs. As I said above, i did a “reset all” and momentarily everything worked, but a short time later the error returned. I also changed cloudflare’s SSL settings to full, full (strict), flex and it didn’t work.

Need to dig more in the network tab to see why the redirect loop is happening.
