    We recently bought the premium version of the User Tracking Plugin and installed it on a clients website but it is showing errors.

    I’ve have screenshots from our developers showing the error.

    The site is running – WP version 4.9.4 could this be the issue.

    Thanks for your quick response.

    I’ve checked the website and it seems the the AJAX is working properly, the tracking should be fine on this website. If the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is blocked by server (eg. password protection, etc) you’ll get AJAX error, but this is working properly on your site.

    Please let us know if you still have issues with AJAX and if it’s possible provide a screenshot from the error.
