Ajax Conflict

Hi,

I am using XStore Theme, all plugins are up to date including wp.

If I disable or remove any product add-ons from the category then add to cart with ajax is working just fine, if the product has a product addon irrespective of selecting the addon the product is not getting added to the cart, it just reloads it. Instead it should have added it to the cart via ajax.

Is this plugin incompatible with Ajax? If not, how can we find a work around?
