How can we populate error message if search result was not found

    Hi ghalib2k11,

It is not an error. The search function displays the array of FAQs. If there are none, then nothing is displayed. However, we understand the issues that this might create on the front-end’s side. We will keep note of this suggestion for a following update.

    Thank you very much!

hope you will fix it soon…!

    Hi Ghalib,

There’s nothing to fix. The Ajax is working properly. As previously mentioned, we will look into adding a labelling option in a future update that allows you to set the text for when no results are found.

    Hello EtoileWebDesign,

This is the major issue that if no result was found nothing to display even a text that No Result found so if u don’t think that this is a major update??? and also the Ajax searching functionality is too slow Ajax fetching records too slow please fix that issues, but please you must set priority to fix error message “No Result Found” in your next update!

    Hi Ghalib,

As we mentioned, we will look into adding a labelling option that allows you to set the text for when no results are found.

The speed of the Ajax loading depends on many factors, including how many FAQs you have, how many categories you have, what content is in your FAQ, etc. The more things that need to be queried, the longer it will take. And, of course, the speed of your server. In all of our testing, we have not found the default speed of the querying to be lacking at all.
