    Hi

    1. If we activate wallet top up, then when a customer adds money to his wallet to buy a product, he buys the product and then cancels the order in a couple of days time. If the customer wants the money to be withdrawn from the wallet , can that be automated ??

    2. If we activate a marketing promotion pertaining to wallet wherein a customer gets a cash back of Rs 200 on his second transaction/purchase (repeat customer) or a cash back if the cart value goes above 2000/- , in a couple of days the customer cancels the order, then can the cash back be debited to his wallet automatically

    1. Yes, this can be automated we are building withdrawal module by which user can request withdraw to admin.

    2. Yes, this feature is already in current plugin version if a user cancels their order then cashback will be rollback automatically.
