I’ve noticed on a few sites I work on, that after upgrading to PHP 8+, I have to disable either AIOSEO, or, BackWPUp. Either by itself works, but when both are active, BackWPUp generates errors and the errors contain reference to AIOSEO. I’ll also post this in their area as well.

I did not get a notification with your first reply. I don’t know what else to add to my original message other than what I already did. I can do some more tests to see if anything has chagned.

    Hi @fwblack,

Sure, please perform the tests and let me know how it goes.

If the issue persists, please share a screen recording of the issue along with the errors you mentioned that BackWPUp generates so I can have a closer look.

I’m looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks!

Well… I’ve re-activated backwpup on 2 of the sites I had disabled it on, and now it all works together. Maybe there’s something being cached in the file system of the host when changing versions of PHP? It definitely was breaking, but now seems OK.
