AIOS prevents loading of forms

With AIOS active and basic settings, the GiveWP form at the bottom of the page doesn’t load. I just get a spinning circle. I have narrowed the problem down to this plugin as the form loads correctly with the plugin deactivated.

I had the same problem with WordFence so switched to AIOS in the hope of finding a solution as it has better settings control. So far, nothing I have tried is working to resolve the issue.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I am only a novice trying to get this charity website working.
