The company website was recently moved to a Nginx server. Since then, the website occasionally goes down (blank page). According to my hosting support, “The plugin all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall is starting cookies which causes the [Nginx] Server cache to not work properly.” I turned off cookie-based brute force protection, and it went down a few hours later. Ultimately, I had to deactivate the plugin.

Is this a known issue and how to resolve it so it plays nice with Nginx caching?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @multarjr,

WP Security > Spam prevention > Comment spam tab – Here disable the comment spam feature it uses cookies also in extra of input type hidden.

It might be issue with the cache plugin, Please cross check and let me know if still an issue.

We are working on an enhancement where cookies can be omitted to use for this feature Comment spam prevention.

    Regards
