Finding on multiple sites, but this is just the newest. I run Divi as the theme on all sites. I have always used AIO SEO rather than Yoast as it used to be more compatible with Divi.

It seems that compatibility has worn off now as all I see is back-end markup going front end when it is using out-of-the-box features. It is disappointing to see symbols and meta characters coming up by default and having to manually edit the text in each and every post/page just to get the score to green as the plugin just fails to auto-populate absolutely ANYTHING correctly anymore. This makes the convenience of the choice disappear entireley.

Currently the worst part is AIO SEO cannot even detect focus keyphrases which ARE present in the places it calls for, however it seems to not know how Divi works? Also unlike how Google search spiders can, AIO SEO seems incapable of seeing words once they are pluralised – eg: service does not come up as a focus keyphrase, however services does, even though the word in totality is actually present within “services”.

Please help as this is on hundreds of my client’s sites and I am almost considering removing it and switching to Yoast! This includes several paid accounts because I need repeatability and reliability being a full stack developer, host and registrar internationally. I’m under high demand and don’t have time for stuff that does not work as described or is in beta test on the live public without their knowledge.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @whitepointernet,

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.

I understand how crucial it is for you to have a reliable and compatible SEO solution for the numerous sites you manage, especially when using the Divi theme.

    Regarding Compatibility Problems with Divi.

Could you confirm if you’re using the latest version of the Divi theme? It’s important that both Divi and All in One SEO are updated to ensure maximum compatibility.

      Regarding Frontend Display of Markup.

If possible, could you provide a screenshot or screencast showing the unwanted symbols and meta characters appearing on the frontend? This will help us understand the issue better and investigate potential conflicts.

Regarding Manual Editing for Green SEO Scores:

I understand how frustrating it can be to manually edit every post/page. If automating this feature is something you’re looking for, please let us know! We appreciate your feedback and would love to understand more about what improvements you’d like to see in this area.

          Regarding Focus Keyphrase Detection Issue.

Since you’re using Divi as your page builder, I recommend checking the analysis directly within the Divi builder itself to see if the keyphrases are being detected correctly.

You can find detailed guidance on how to do this in our documentation: https://aioseo.com/docs/page-builder-integrations/#divi

For a visual guide, you can also check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fL1JtsTY8hM

Note that the TruSEO Highlighter may not work in page builders, which could explain why certain keywords or variations are not being recognized. More details on this can be found here: https://aioseo.com/docs/understanding-the-truseo-page-analysis-recommendations/

            Regarding Lack of Automation.

I’ve raised an internal feature request for our Development team to review the concerns you’ve mentioned. Our team is always looking for ways to improve the plugin, and your feedback is invaluable.

If there are specific features or enhancements you’d like to see, please feel free to share them. We want to ensure AIOSEO aligns with your expectations and supports your workflow seamlessly.

If you’d like to dive deeper into these issues or have us take a closer look, feel free to reach out to our support team through https://aioseo.com/contact/.

Looking forward to resolving this for you!
