AIO Cache & Performance uploading issues

    First thanks for a great plugin. We just switched to the pay version, but this support ticket has to do with troubles we had in the basic version of AIO Cache & Performance plugin.
    Something very strange happened twice when we uploaded the basic version zip folder from our computer.
    Each time the folder for the plugin landed in our image library, instead of our plugins library. Then we opened it into our plugins repository.
    The plugin also each time disabled our mainpage media slider, and seemed to overwrite our jQuery functions () get directive. It pulled the jQuery outside of the functions script so jQuery was not defined. This caused much trouble in the site.
    Now we have the paid version and hope for a better outcome. Is it ok to ask for your team to monitor and help us install the Pro version of AIO Cache & Performance? This would help us immensely. Thx

    Please direct all AIO Cache Pro comments and concerns the email that AIO Cache Pro was sent to you with, by simply replying to that email.

    Hi Adam –

    Our troubles outlined here unfortunately happened immediately when we uploaded the plugin (it was not troubles involved with the paid version). In other words these were bugs that were happening as part of the free version of the plugin.

    After paying for the upgrade we have yet to place AIO Cache on again… so perhaps this can be discussed in the open forum here?

    Okay,

    I looked into the matter of AIO Cache Pro not being sent to you, and the email records show AIO Cache Pro being sent to you, some support emails, and two somewhat recent email with two different workaround versions of AIO Cache Pro being sent to you.

    Did you not get the recent workaround versions of AIO Cache Pro that were sent to you? If not, I can have a download web link version of the attachment sent by email, rather than a regular email attachment.

    Please let me know if you would desire a new email of the workaround copy.

    Hi Adam –

    Getting the Pro version isn’t the trouble. It’s the free plugin version going into our image folder instead of the plugins folder. Also having the free plugin version causing our mainpage media slider not to work (frozen).
    These are all issues with the free plugin currently.
