    Hi,

    Yes, the HUGE problem with performance and slideshow problems relates to prior use of W3 Total Cache. W3 Total Cache leaves behind a bunch of .htaccess, which causes all other performance plugins to under-perform.
    I don’t know if the developers of W3 Total Cache did this on purpose or not, but if they are doing on purpose, they are trying to dominate the cache plugin category. Either way, I consider what W3 Total Cache is doing to be greyware.
