AI Engine always sends long “instructions” to the API server for every query

Dear all,

1. When I click Query button under the AI Engine Dashboard, I can see that AI Engine always sends the whole “instructions” to the API server such as OpenAI ChatGPT API server or Meta Llama …etc according to the information on right column of Query Page. My “instructions” is very long so it wastes a lot of my tokens for input. I knew and tested that I can send “instructions” ONCE to the ChatGPT API server and then use “system:” for updating some dynamic data from my filter such as Date/Time/Temperate …etc to the API server for saving my tokens. Is there any configuration mistake why my AI Engine can send the whole “instructions” to the API server for every query ? How to change this behavior ? Thanks !
2. On the above Query Menu, I can see that all my “\n” inside “instructions” are changed to spaces and then I lose my original format. Will this behavior confuse the AI API server for identification of my predefined paragraphics inside “instructions” ?
3. I can find that the times on Query Page and Discussion Page are both wrong. How can I correct the Time Zone for the Data/Time on the left column for these pages ? Thanks !
4. And I can find that some long URLs with ‘&’ or some other symbols inside my “instructions” can be changed. So some URLs returned by ChatBot cannot work after clicking. I must make all URLs short without some symbols for fixing this problems. Is there any method to fix this problem ?
