AI Copilot shows me Error: The reply sent by the server is broken.

    Dear friends,

    I had just bought AI Engine Pro Standard and then install this plugin to my WordPress Website. Then, I try to use the Editor’s AI Copilot but it shows me Error: The reply sent by the server is broken.

    Remark: I use curl with the same API Key like AI Engine to send one request to the OpenAI API server from my WordPress Server and then the OpenAI API Server can response me the JSON answer with no problem. Therefore, the problem is caused by AI Engine iteself.

    Would you mind tell me any hints how to trace and then fix this problem ?

    Hi @cloudchan,

    Questions related to the Pro version shouldn’t be asked here, please contact us through here instead. That said, the Copilot is not a Pro option so I can reply a bit here ??

    Have you checked your PHP Error Logs about this? Currently, this feature has no issue; but you need absolutely to have checked your default AI environment settings.

    Dear Jordy,

    The PHP log is showing me this error below although I have put the right API key in “Meow –> AI Engine –> Settings –> API Key” and follow other default settings like using GPT-3.5 Turbo for Model.

    AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: AI Engine: “prompt” is deprecated, please use “message” instead.PHP message: Incorrect API key provided.PHP message: Incorrect API key provided.’, referer:

    Can you tell me what is going wrong and how to fix this problem ?

    Problem fixed after re-entering the correct API Key !

    It works now.
