.ai and .eps files not uploading

  • I am using FF on our checkout page to allow customers to upload their artwork. We configured it to allow .pdf,.eps and .ai formats only. When the customer uploads their art, all three formats appear to load properly. However, only the .pdf files show up in our file manager (wp-content) folder. The .eps and .ai versions don’t appear to load. We have tried both Firefox and Safari.
    Running FF version 2.0.5
    PHP version 7.0
    Wordpress 4.8.1
    Is there any way to get the .eps and .ai to upload?
    Secondly…is there a way to have the art either emailed separately to me or be attached to the order form confirmation so we don’t have to go into the file manager to find each piece of new art submitted?
