    Hello,

    I have integrated the Code in my imprint, but always the topic “Zustimmung” (in german) which is necessary for the user to change there preferences, is hidden.
    [cmplz-document type="cookie-statement" region="eu"]

    I don’t have a idea how to fix it. Is there anybody with an idea?
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi @jovanni28,

    I currently don’t see any javascript being loaded by Complianz, could it be you didn’t finish the wizard yet? Please have a look at the latest step of the wizard and see if you missed any fields, otherwise click finish and try again,

    regards Aert

    Hi @aahulsebos

    the setup ist completed: https://life-change-pro.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/sreen-1024×853.png

    but now I found the problem partly: I disabled “Complianz” at the /rechtliches page because users can’t read the Cookie Policy before they accept or dismiss the Cookie Banner. You know what I mean?

    Here is the option in the site settings: https://life-change-pro.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/rechtliches-297×1024.png

    Do you have a idea, how I can show the “rechtliches” page with settings for cookies while Complianz is activated for the site? It would be okay if the agreement change is hidden in the text before the user accept the cookies, but after accept it have to be possible.

    Hey! And after that I have another important question;
    Is it possible to integrate the toggles (image) in my own text?
    https://life-change-pro.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/onoff.png

    I know it from another Plugin, there is a code like yours (for the whole text) which I can paste everywhere for toggle on/off.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi @jovanni28,

    You can use [cmplz-manage-consent] for the toggles.

    Do you mean the banner is on top of the document, so the user can’t read the policy? For this, you can hide the banner on the cookie policy in the right column of Gutenberg or the classic editor.

    Or use CSS;

    .cmplz-document .cc-window {display:none;}

    Let me know if this is what you mean,

    regards Aert
