We’ll not give you the hope in the premium version but this is something blank area for us as well.
We are aware of the issue but haven’t found any specific reason for that. We have tried to replicate the scenario in the local environment as well as in the one of the live site but unable to replicate it.
This thread is already opened for this issue & they have an issue with ManageWP.
Even with ManageWP, we have tried to update the plugin & it was working perfectly without losing GA ID or any other settings.
The second thing is only 5-6% users are getting this scenario so we can’t say it is a bug from the plugin without testing it in their store. If this is a bug then it should be replicated for all the users.
We need to test it from the backend of the store to find the exact culprit. We have asked for the same to the other users on the loop but they never contacted us via email.
If you contact us & co-operate us in the debugging process then we can definitely find the exact culprit.
