Aggressive Preset makes site have good score on PageSpeed Dev when just applied

Hi guys,
As the title states, if I reapply or apply the preset the site score highly on pagespeed dev – when I check an hour or so later it drops by about 20-30 points. Then if I reapply the preset, the score goes back up again.
I’d really like to get to the bottom of this so my site can be super fast all the time.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can debug the difference by making 2 test from Chrome Developer Tools -> Lighthouse (https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/overview ):
One after preset applied
One after 1h, same pageThis is a test run on your computer, which is affected by number of tabs open, CPU utilization..BUT will help you see what are the differences.
