Aggregation Theme and Plugin

    Hello everyone, one of those newbies who has trouble doing just about everything. Let me thank you for your help and time in advance. Thanks!

    I would like to put an aggregation site together. One where I can aggregate general topics from certain publications, then have buttons for pages that aggregate specific topics from those same publications. An example and only an example… cover pager: automobiles; page 1 Fords; page 2 GMCs; page 3 Chevrolet… etc.

    I found a newspaper theme that was highly rated, then attempted the RSS Reader plugin. Needless to say.. I failed miserably at both. Any suggestions for one or the other. Also, the plugin said I needed to add short code? Reading hasn’t gotten me there.

    A little help would be greatly appreciated.
