    Hello
I see some products are having issues with the aggregaterating value. Its output on some of them are above the maximum value (which is 5).
    How to fix this?
I see Woocommerce generates basic schema for reviews, so i think Woocommerce needs to fix this bug.
    Thanks

Can you please share how can we reproduce this issue at our end? We would like to check and investigate this.

    Hello @margaretwporg
    Thanks for your reply.
To avoid sharing url′s publicly, i added just a few examples on the following Google Docs:
    https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ghe5Ev1d1sEI9B3uCYHeIP2KNPgbQ0cHeoI_pK2ENfo/edit?usp=sharing

You can see i also added the aggregated rating value at the end of each link. You can see its very odd, and the 3 examples output values above 5 which should be maximum allowed.

Also, according to Google′s new enhanced search experience, you can see there is a new Merchant Listing feature available on Search Console: https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2022/09/merchant-listings

…and for aggregateRating, which is added by Woocommerce, is missing required best and/or worst values. So its very imporant you add this best and/or worst value in order to be compliant with this Google′s search feature. Currently you add these best/worst values only for the “review” type schema, but now is better to be added on “aggregateRating” type as well.

    Thanks

    Hello,

That is odd, for us to check better please provide the following:

    — Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    — Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

    Thanks.
