aggregateRating not working

Hi,
we enabled the rich snippet but GoogleTest still does not see the aggregateRating field.
We tried both the options suggested in this article https://www.trustindex.io/2023/09/21/rich-snippet/
In particular, we added the code to enable the rich snippet in our head tags and we also paste the widget code with enabled rich snippet in settings. Here is one of our product pages: https://www.livevirtualguide.com/walking-tours/rome-sunset-tour-imperial-forums-and-capitoline-hill/

The incorrect rich snippet you’re referring to is not generated by our widget but rather by another plugin on your website.
You can check this in the following Rich Results Test:

https://snipboard.io/xyPudn.jpgWe recommend disabling your plugins one by one to identify which one is adding the conflicting rich snippet.
Additionally, please note that even when the structured data is correctly implemented, Google ultimately decides whether to display ratings and stars in search results. There is no guarantee that they will always appear, as Google considers multiple factors when rendering search features.
