AggregateRating and ReviewRating Multiple reviews

Hi,

Before to add this post i read all i could about this error i have, related to schema mark-up, structured testing tool, I tried all i found, but nothing works. I have Yet Another Stars Rating (Premium). I’ve seen also your video located at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M47xsJMQJ1E

So..I tried to use on my product pages these:

[yasr_visitor_votes size=”medium”]
[yasr_overall_rating size=”medium”]
&
Disable auto insert for this post or page =”YES”

but no matter what i do, i still have on Google testing for structured date these errors:

Multiple reviews should be accompanied by an aggregate rating.
The aggregateRating field is recommended. Please provide a value if available.
