you have to enable user reviews from WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Product tab then check “Enable star rating on reviews” and “Star ratings should be required, not optional options”).

I am not using woocommerce review system, We use third party review system which is required by Google merchant

Unfortunately, we can’t support third party review system.

If you’re a developer and if your tool has an API, you can use this hook:

to filter the product schema to inject your reviews.

We are using Rich Snippet – And its working great.
