Aggregate web content to feed enewsletter to subscribers

    I have managed to set up FeedBurner and receive RSS feeds into my Blog-Home page – 2 days now.
    I am looking to set up an enewsletter made up of content from my site to send to those visitors that have signed up as site members. I offer Forum and Group participation and now would like to provide an enewsletter of the content of the site that attracted the visitors to the site.
    I heard this is possible and would like to set up such an app/widget/plug-in. Does anyone know of one and how to set it up?
