Agent – Reply & Close & Close button.

  • Sometimes you need to close a ticket as you are replying to a waste of time ticket, please add a button that is reply & close. Would also be nice to have a close button, instead of having to go into “Status” and close it. too many clicks.

    Thank you for your suggestion. We will be discussing this with our team. If they approve the suggestion it will be added in a future version of the plugin.

    The close button already preset in the action bar in an open ticket.
