Agent Profiles and Images

    I’m still having a problem with agent profiles and adding images to each agent’s profile.

    This is what I have done:
    Added agents as users in Word Press. (Does it make any difference which “role” they are assigned?)

    Went to “user manager” in WPL and activated users in WPL by clicking on the “tick” icon. I edited each agent and checked the public profile box.

    Agents show up on the profile agent listing page. But there are no agent photos or other information. On the property listing details page there is a box containing the listing agent’s name but there’s no link.

    I created a “my profile” page for an agent and uploaded a photo to that page. Didn’t affect anything.

    Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

    Hello,

    The problem is, you uploaded profile image for user #1 (finehomes) but user #3 (MarkFields) is showing on profile show page.

    The user role should be “Author”.
    Also profile show link is added to agent name on single property page.

    I’m sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about other than that the user role should be author. I did not upload an image for user #1. I uploaded an image for User#3 (MarkFields). If the image is showing up for User#1, something is wrong.

    What’s the “profile show page” and where do I find it?

    This is what the manual says:
    “Each agent has their own profile page and they can edit the information to be shown on the agent activities or listing details page. Uploading a profile picture and company logo is highly recommended so it is good to request that your agents to upload their pictures.”

    Where do I find each agent’s own profile listing page so that I can edit information about the agent?

    Hello,

    There are 2 “Mark Field” user in your website. user name of one of them is “finehomes” (user_id=1) and user name of another is “MarkFields” (user_id=3).

    You uploaded profile image for “finehomes” while “MarkFields” is showing on profile listing page (https://finehomesofwnc.com/agents-3/)

    For profile show link please open this page and click on agent name (Michael Holden) to see what we mean by profile show.

    For uploading images for each agent you need to login with their username and password and click on WPL->My profile menu then you can insert agents’ information such as contact information, profile gallery, company logo etc.

    Thank you very much for your help. I did not understand the direct connection between adding and modifying agents in WPL and in WordPress. I did not understand the two were so closely connected and that agents/users had to be modified in WordPress in order to be modified in WPL.
