• We’re having an issue where users can’t edit their account details because the agent photo is required and the button to upload a photo doesn’t work, so the form can never be submitted.

    Under the setting page Agent Registration Fields, the Agent Photo field has all options greyed out so we can’t even delete the photo or uncheck the required option.

    The underlying issue seems to be that anywhere where the agent photo can be edited, there’s a text box instead of an image picker.

    Any tips for what could be going on?
