• I have created a support agent and I am the support supervisor. When I login to WP as the agent, I see nothing but a blank screen. Where or what is the agent supposed to see? How can they access the tickets that are assigned to them?
    I do have Woocommerce installed…and I read somewhere that if Woo is installed that it takes the agent to a my account profile page…if this is the case, then the profile is blank. I am using the paid pro version of this plugin. Please any help would be appreciated.

  • Hi @cte2087,

    Please make a page and name it whatever you want (e.g. Support), then place [wp_support_plus] and save. Now you have a page where the user can see all old tickets, reply to existing one or create new ticket.

    Where or what is the agent supposed to see?

    Agent will see the tickets on above created page itself on below conditions:

    • tickets assigned to him
    • tickets assigned to none
    • tickets which are public
    • tickets created by him

    Nikhil,
    All of your suggestions were already done and I can see tickets as the supervisor agent, but if I login as my agent, nothing is visible. Just a white screen appears.
    What should happen is as exactly as you stated…BUT it does not happen that way. Any suggestions or other pieces of advice?
