Agent Listing Page vs. Scrolling

My clients need a single page to list the agents instead of the scrolling effect on the About page. You have to dig too deep to see the agents. They want a single page with all of the agents listed, but when I try to create it, it does not show up on the website.

Also, they want the agent pages to be able to show agent numbers and emails instead of text. Help is appreciated.
