Agent information, just isn't displaying…anywhere

I have installed this plugin, wp-listing and the post2post plugin as suggested.
I have added an agent, including a photo and completed nearly all the blanks. I have also connected the listing to the agent with the post2post plugin. I can see the connection on both pages.
When I visit the agent directory, I simply get a blank white box. I did update the permalinks as suggested in another forum question.

Additionally, when I look at the listing created with the wp-listing plugin, there is a small box where the agent profile should be, but it’s empty.
I must have missed a step somewhere, any ideas to help me get this corrected? Thank you in advance!
