    The only links on that page are the Ticket ID and the “view” link within the actions column. They link to the ticket not the support site.

    I would suggest you check the code within your page. Feel free to send a screenshot of the text view of the page.

    For replies, a customer does not need to first view a reply that an agent has composed. They are able to enter their reply without opening an agent reply. Perhaps I am mis-understanding your point here – again, feel free to send a screenshot

    Hi, thanks for the quick response again.

    Believe we understand each other wrong. Sorry my English is not good.
    So mark the links in red on the picture, if you click on them, they will forward to the address: https://kb-support.com/articles/kbs_tickets-shortcode. I have not changed anything. Only the shortcode inserted.

    The link leads all to this address, no matter where you click on it. The same as synonymous with the login window.

    Links to https://kb-support.com/articles/kbs_tickets-shortcode do not exist anywhere in our plugin so there is most definitely an error somewhere in your pages. I also find it strange that the link you mention is the one I sent you earlier in another support post – perhaps you have copied and pasted somewhere?

    I am happy to take a closer look but I would need some details of your site – starting with the URL and also preferably the systeminfo.txt file which can be generated via Tickets -> Tools.

    As this will contain data that should not be shared, I would recommend you open a ticket via https://kb-support.com/log-a-support-ticket/. Once I receive the information I will take a look for you.
