Agent Answer / Overview Links

Hallo now I have to ask something. If as a user go to the overview of the links, eg. the name of the ticket or date or status will be linked everywhere: https://kb-support.com/articles/kbs_tickets-shortcode. Should that be so? Can you switch that off? Picture here:

PS: the link can be found everywhere in the log in window as well as register window. If you click on it you will be redirected to the site which is very confusing for the new users. Is not there a possibility that she opened the same? This confuses my users.
