Agenda View not properly working

Hi,

Do you use a cache plugin?

We are using wpengine to host. They have caching. I purged the cache and it didn’t work. We aren’t using any additional cache plugins.

Disable WP Engine -> Object/Transient Cache, it should solve this issue.

Hm. I tried that – Still not working.

1. Make sure that your Calendar page is set to the right page in the settings.
2. No need to use shortcode on a page set as the default in the plugin settings.
3. Try turning on/off “Strict compatibility content filtering” in Events -> Settings –> Viewing Events.
4. Try turning on/off “Use frontend rendering” in Events -> Settings –> Advanced.

Hm. Still having a problem.
Now it happens when we click the > button once. We get that loading wheel and it never loads.

Have you tried to reinstall the plugin? https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/perform-manual-upgrade/

Will we lose our events and customizations? I thought my team had tried it. We can try again.

If you follow the steps in the guide you should not lose data, but it would be good to back up your data before updating.
