I recommend clearing your browser cache by pressing [CTRL][SHIFT][DELETE] and follow instructions to clear your history and cookies, then try again. Or, use a different updated browser.

Thanks for your answer but I’ve watched your video and that’s not working either.
When you search Lyon on Filter you get Lyon + Paris on results as you can see on the screenshot here : https://adekoite-dev.fr/siargao/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/capture.png

I am not able to see your screenshot, as the link requires an admin login.

But I think I understand what you are saying now. I would like to investiate futher, but first can you log into your Timely account and open a ticket by clicking on the Get Help link, or click here: https://dashboard.time.ly/account/get-help. Reference this forum URL in the ticket too please.
