Age Verify Screen seems to be cached on mobile devices

When entering a website with age-verify it allows me to verify but if I hit the logo that returns me to the home page I see the age-verify screen again if I refresh it allows me to see the home page this is according on the IPad and mobile phones. How can I prevent the age-verify from appearing when I return to the page that originally called it. My cookie time is set to 2 hrs. If I do the refresh I do not see the age-verify screen again until my cookie has expired. I have no caching plugins installed. Thanks in advance for your help
