Age Popup Not Showing

    Really excited to test out this plugin but the Age Popup just isn’t showing. It shows in the backend just fine when adjusting the settings. But it appears it’s not showing at all when trying to view the front end of the website. The URL we have the website on right now is https://allamericanspirits.newwebsiteportal.com so you can see for yourself.

    Hey @warrenindllc!

    Can you please confirm that you’re running on version 2.02 of the verifier? If you are running on 2.01, there was a bug with that version that prevented the verifier from displaying for some users – this may resolve your issue.

    If you are on version 2.02, and the verifier still isn’t working, Try going into the back end, and temporarily change the value of the minimum age and hit “save”, then change it back and hit “save” again.

    If you have a cache plugin, please clear your cache.
