Age Gate shows again after accepting cookies

  • Hello:

    I’ve installed age gate on two websites, and the same thing happens on both: Age Gate is shown, I pass the verification, then I accept the cookies, and Age Gate shows up again. Could you help me?

    Hi @felipelarrea,

    This looks to be an issue with your cookie content plugin. As soon as you click accept it deletes all cookies your site has already set. You don’t need constant for necessary cookies with if you require age verification I’d class Age Gate as.

    Hi @felipelarrea,

    Age Gate is functioning as expected so you’ll need to ask the developers of the cookie consent plugin if you can whitelist certain cookies or find one that lets you. If you’re absolutely desperate, you can use this one which I use on the main Age Gate site. There’s just no docs and not support on the forums!

    Thank you very much, Phil, I finally have used GDPR Cookie Consent by WebToffee and it’s finally working.
