Age Gate

  • Good day, we are having issues with one of our websites Age Gate.

    I have used this plugin https://agegate.io/ on multiple websites with no issues whatsoever.

    However, on my site https://hooch.co.za/ on some mobile phones, the age gate does not display at all and just leaves a blurry screen. If you refresh a few times sometimes up to 13 times it does show but most of the time it won’t. And some other phones have no problems at all. I suspect it might be Iphones where the issue lies. I have tested it on multiple browsers and cleared the caching of the site on those devices and it makes no difference.

    I have no idea what this could be could someone please assist me?

    It is only some smartphones not all and I do suspect it might only be iPhones.

    Hi @prycision,

    I’ve had a look and can’t make this happen. Tested on a few browsers. Was it on a 3.x or a 2.x version of the plugin as I see it’s currently on 2.x.

    Hi Phil, it is the 2x version.

    And the problem is only on mobile and only some mobiles.

    I suspect it only to be iPhones
