Agama free theme – Fonts not changing

  • This is a site I’m helping someone with and we’re using the Agama free theme. No matter what different font I select for either the menu in the navigation bar or the body of the site, the text only shows up in what appears to be Times New Roman. Can anybody shed some light on this?

    Thank you for contacting support.

    All fonts which are provided in free version are working fine.
    Can you please make sure you are using latest free version?

    However, we need to check further to your site so you can also send the site credentials to support@theme-vision.com

    Hi:

    Thanks for getting back so quickly. I am using the latest version. I’m using a 2018 MacBookPro. When I look at the site on Safari on my computer, I see the different fonts. When I look at the site on Firefox and Chrome on my computer, I only see one font type. However, When I look at the site on my iphone on Chrome and Firefox browsers, the fonts do look fine. What would make me not see the proper fonts on my computer in those 2 browsers?

    latest WP

    The woff file seems to be missing:
    wp-content/fonts/raleway/1Ptxg8zYS_SKggPN4iEgvnHyvveLxVvaorCIPrcVIT9d4cw.woff
    this is not loading.

    Yes I am seeing this problem too. The font loads on my Mac with Safari, but not with Chrome. My client running Windows (not sure which versions) is also not seeing the correct font with Firefox or Chrome.

    We have already released new version 1.5.1 few months ago.
    Please update theme.

    Note*: If you are using Pro theme, it would be better if you can post issue to support forum .
