AfterPay plugin conflict?

We have a site that is returning “Invalid Product” when someone tries to checkout using AfterPay. We’ve tried working this out with AfterPay directly but they insist that the issue is not their doing or theirs to fix.

We’ve run through the usual troubleshooting, deactivating all plugins, switching themes, etc., but the issue persisted.
