Afterpay payments fails in wordpress6

  • Hi, I have wordpress 6 and woocommece 6.5.1 installed on my website. Most of the afterpay payments are cancelled and I noticed that version Afterpay 3.4.1 gives a warning “Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.”. What solution can i have now? Whenwill be the wordpress6 compatible Afterpay version will be released?

    Thanks for your message.

    The engineering team have just tested the Afterpay plugin v3.4.1 with the latest WordPress v6.0.1 and WooCommerce v6.7.0, and confirmed that Afterpay orders could be created successfully. Hence this should not be an issue of compatibility.

    Regarding the cancelled payments, did you mean orders being cancelled? If so, the team believe that it could be the case where the customer has abandoned the order, and WooCommerce holds stock (for unpaid orders) for certain period of time before the pending order is automatically cancelled.
