It sounds like the Checkout page at https://dtfstore.com.au has been modified, either via code or plugin(s)?
By the way, it appears that a 3-step checkout process is in place currently.
Could you please provide us with a screenshot, so that we can see what you are describing? Moreover, screenshots of how the customer experience appears on your end (documentation linked here, for reference) would be useful, also. Particularly:
- How does a product page look? Is the Afterpay icon appearing, as expected, or otherwise?
- What tag has the Afterpay method next to it, in the plugin’s settings? Take a look at the enabling section, here, for reference.
- Is the block-based Checkout enabled, or the classic one (with a shortcode)?
