[Plugin: wp secure]after wp secure ,link function failure?

after i use wp secure, something is going wrong.
when i in article edit mode,my link button is out of function.
link button will lead to a new window and it shows page404.
i was wondering its a wrong suggestion of file access permission adjust.
pls tell me how to fix it,i already reinstall whole wordpress 3.01.
