After Wp 5.7.2 update Wp Optimize error wtih HTML minifying

    Hello,

    There was an issue today after WordPress upgraded to version 5.7.2. A post I published after the upgrade was showing up blank for unidentified users.
    I was able to narrow de error and disabling HTML minfifying it displays correctly again. I don’t know if this is due to the post in question or some incompatibility of WP Optimize with the latest WordPress security update. I’ll keep HTML minifying disabled for now.

  • @iurte Can you please try to purge the Minified files from WP-Optimize > Minify and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    @bornforphp I’ve purged the minified files and also all pages cache and the issue still happens.

    @iurte I’ve tried to replicate the issue at my side with latest WP but was not able to reproduce the issue.

    Can you please try to enable Process HTML and disable “Enable merging of CSS files” from WP-Optimize > Minify CSS and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    @bornforphp Sorry but, I’ve tried disabling that option and it keeps happening. It is weird since only happens to this post.

    @bornforphp Yes, only in the one I pointed in my first message. But I could find out what was going on. Some double quotes where been rendered like %uFFD and not like " so I’ve changed them and now is working as expected.
