After validating, 2 errors were corrected but date field error now

After I validated my form and corrected 2 errors in the Mail tab, and saved, the contact form now continually says date field comes up with error message that date format is invalid. I typed the current date just as the code shows. Here’s the code that worked before I validated.
Any help appreciated ASAP.
