After using Windows Live Writer, blog name messed up forever

Well I wanted to try Windows Live Writer out, and right after I used it, my blog name which contained special ASCII chars and a single quote, messed up, and now the ASCII characters show up visually in the blog name setting (I see the actual character instead of the ASCII code for it), and the single quote was forced a backslash before it, and it’s not disappearing in the actual blog title.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
As a note, my name is supposed to be: “←♥ The Venom's Hideout ♥→” and instead it’s showing up as: “←? The Venom\’s Hideout ?→“.
