After user successfully changing account details, all fields return to empty

Hi,

I’m using WooCommerce and Highend Theme. On the “edit my account” page, after the user changing account details and press Save, there is a box popping up showing “changed successfully”, but what looks weird is that all the fields (name, email, etc.) are blank. In other words, all the information the user just typed in are not shown – if I were the user, I would feel confused: did I change it successfully or not? Hence: any ideas how to show the name, email, etc.?

I’ve contacted the Highend Theme support and they said this is a WooCommerce feature.
