after user submit forms circle keeps spinning

    After a user fills out the cf7 form and hits submit, it never submits ever since I’ve activated this plugin. The circle by the submit button just keeps going around forever. I’ve double checked all the settings and the connection between your plugin, cf7 , google sheets, and the google API all seem ok. Can you offer any suggetions?

    Could you provide some additional info, that can help me to specify this problem?
    First of all – are data coming to spreadsheet (with infinite circle)?
    Did you try to use CF7 without CF7Spreadsheets, it works?

    No, data isn’t getting to the spreadsheet. Without using CF7Spreadsheets CF7 itself then does work fine (no infinite circle). I hope that helps! If you need anything else let me know!

    Looks like your account don’t have permissions to send data to spreadsheet.
    Do you have private spreadsheet?
    Could you try to change your table permission access to public write (just for testing this trouble).
    If you know, how to check it in browser dev console, please check the response (F12 to open console, then click network tab, then send your message).

    If we identified trouble correctly – you should grand permission to your service account (you can find email at second tab CF7Spreadsheets plugin after uploading JSON). https://imgur.com/c4GGGby

    Sorry, I had a very busy weekend… I’m just now getting to work on the site again this evening.. I am going to try your suggestions and I will post back here in just a bit.
