    After upgrading to the new version and converting to Custom Post types the front end is all messed up.

    This is was displays:

    <%= thumb %> <% if ( wpslSettings.storeUrl == 1 && url ) { %> <%= store %> <% } else { %> <%= store %> <% } %>
    <%= address %>
    <% if ( address2 ) { %>
    <%= address2 %>
    <% } %> <%= city %> <%= state %> <%= zip %>
    <%= country %>
    <%= distance %> mi <%= createDirectionUrl() %>

    I have tried turing Minify off, purging cache, using a different short code, and turing the plugin off and on again.
    The store listings are all there in the back end, just not displaying correctly on the front end.

    Never seen it like that before, there also isn’t a JS error, which in this case would be helpful in debugging the problem.

    The only way to track down this issue would be to for a second switch back to a default wp theme, and see if the issue is gone. If that’s the case then there is something in your theme breaking it. Otherwise you would have to enable / disable other plugins one by one and see if it makes a difference. That should help find where this comes from, and look for a fix.

    If it’s a high traffic site, and you can’t just switch the theme for a second, and disable plugins to test it out. You can, if you want to email the theme to me with a list of active plugins, and I will try and replicate the issue on a local installation.

    Can you also try to disable the “Load locations on page load” option in the map section, and enable the “Enable store locator debug” in the tools section ( at the bottom ). Once you have done that search for a location, and see if it makes a difference.

    disable the “Load locations on page load” – DONE

    enable the “Enable store locator debug” in the tools section – DONE

    No change . .

    We are using the WooTheme’s Canvas theme with a total of 37 plugins.
    Any general ideas what might be conflicting, so I might try a smaller set of plug-ins to disable?

    I tried adding a new store (builder) to our list but they do not show up.

    Not on the list, and not in the map.

    I don’t have access to the Canvas theme, so I can’t test it myself. But I would start with switching back to a default WP theme for a moment, and see if that makes a difference. Or you can email the theme to tijmen at wpstorelocator.co and I will see if it breaks for me. If it does, then you don’t have to look into the 37 different plugins.

    What I always do when I have an issue with a site that have lots of plugins, is that I disable them in groups of 5 or 10 plugins at the time. That helps to quickly narrow it down, instead of trying one by one.

    I am having the same issue and I just now updated to 2.0 and converted the stores to custom post types and it shows exactly how is described above on front end. Back end seems fine. NO out-of-the-ordinary plugins installed.

    Changed theme to WP Twenty Ten theme and the problem was still there.

    I have been turning off plugins, about 15 so far, no change.

    @zurf, I can’t access your site. It says “Your access to this site has been limited

    Your access to this service has been temporarily limited. Please try again in a few minutes. (HTTP response code 503)

    Important note for site admins: If you are the administrator of this website note that your access has been limited because you broke one of the Wordfence firewall rules. The reason you access was limited is: “Access from your area has been temporarily limited for security reasons”.

    odd.. the site is up and running. I just pulled it up on my phone.
